Domaine Genot-Boulanger Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2022 Size:Regular Distinctly savory and aromaticA single plot in the plain of Pommard from a lieu dit called Les Noeuds. The vines are 60 years old and very low yielding never giving more than 20 hectolitres hectare. The soil is red to brown clay mixed with small pieces of limestone. The limestone helps to keep the soil from being too wet which is a common issue on the plains. Guillaume and Aude Lavolle represent the fourth generation of vignerons at Gnot Boulanger. Their wines are produced
