I especially like the form of this one

this wonderful fellow lost part of one arm and also the very corner tip of his hat along the way--but he's so good I'd just call them battle wounds

Note the very sweet figure drawn in the window and little shoot to the left just below him

It looks that there was once an eagle cut of wood or paper that was attached to the front of it, leaving this impression behind when it was lost. I of course am attracted to the effect aesthetically as well as conceptually, a bit of a haunting thing. 21" x 12 3 4" x 3 1 2 deep on the curve. Pretty rough condition, which is
