Purple colored, it exhibits a nose of cedar, smoke, leather, scorched earth, violets, blackberry, and blueberry compote. This is followed by a full bodied, personality filled wine with gobs of fruit, excellent breadth on the palate, silky tannin, and a long, pure finish. Give it 5 7 years in the cellar and drink it through 2025. Hentley Farm is an 80 acre estate located on the banks of
