very heavy for its size so great as a paperweight

it measures 3 3/16" wide x 1 5/8" tall

for which perhaps additional decoration was planned

but I think it just adds to its charm

British Watercolor of Wall Pennywort on Linen Gauze colors 4 5/8" across from insideDecorative in the best of ways I think, and with all of the loveliness of spring, this is an early 20th century British watercolor of Wall Pennywort, painted on linen gauze. I think the dark gray cut paper border is the absolutely perfect detail to bring it out, and while not pushing do think it would be especially wonderful hung in a grouping with at least one of the other two paintings from the same series I have in the shop (see last photo to see
