Textura Pretexto Dão Rosé 2021 ECHEZEAUX as in most of thePretexto Ros is a single variety from Jaen, from vineyards in Vila Nova de Tazm, Serra da Estrela sub region. Onion skin color with a discreet aroma of reduction fruit, typical of the Jaen variety. Fresh sensation in the aroma that accompanies the mouth with good acidity, balance and some complexity, which make this ros something gastronomic.
