This super charming green bird is the work of Yves Robitaille (b. 1939), a widely collected sculptor and woodcarver from Saint Francois de lIle dOrleans. Though he has occasionally carved other small animals, Robitaille is first and foremost a bird carver shorebirds, song birds, hummingbirds, and
