I can't look at this fabulous vessel without thinking of Magritte's “Ceci nest pas un pipe

Plus red linen trousers held up with buttoned straps

but they're also amazing looking

Much worn on the outside

The portrait makes me think of both Vermeer and of African hairdresser signboards

"Guiding Star Marker / Infallible Scorer" For Every Game! miniature well I can't look at thisI've looked a fair amount but haven't found documentation of another one of these out there anywhere, which I snatched up because I just really love the looks of it and also the language of its title: "The Guiding Star Marker" or "The Infallible Scorer." (Who doesn't need one of those?) Great graphics, great color scheme, and an excellent yellow printed back providing some further explication about its use and attributing it to M. H Cowell and Co.,
