The 2018 Finca Piedra Infinita Gravascal has notes reminiscent of some wines from the Northern Rhône
Jean-Marc Blain-Gagnard, Chassagne Montrachet Caillerets other_regions pit fruit and candied ginger(from Vigne Derrire). Notes of petrol, citrus, pear and a whiff of tangerine peel combine to serve as a pretty introduction to the round, delicious and relatively forward flavors that possess a succulent mouthfeel where the richness is offset by an agreeably dry and persistent saline inflected finish. This isnt a classic example of a steely Caillerets but rather one that should drink well young and repay a few years of cellaring too.
