Palate is full of bright berries, pine, tobacco + Tuscan terroir. Pier Luigi Tolaini returned to his homeland of Tuscany in 1998 to fulfill his dream of creating world class wine with the belief the "best fruit produces the best wine". He purchased land in the southernmost commune of Chianti Classico, Castelnuovo Berardenga and built a state of the art winery from the ground up. "Al Passo" is
