There is a fold at upper right and a bit of creasing along the bottom edge

and then a piece of wire through a hole for the horns and a piece of twine for the tail

7 1/8” across at base

Nice Old 14 Inch Carved Whimsy Chain man with cap one could perhaps stash allThis old whittled whimsy chain, carved from one piece of wood, has a lot of character, with squarish links that very much show the hand or blade, rather of its maker. I might hang this one on the wall from one nail at the center with the ends hanging down, as it feels like they want to rattle against each other, ideally in a very old, maybe haunted, house! 14" l x 13 16" w. There is one rough patch on one link, as pictured.
