Surrau "Limizzani" Vermentino di Gallura, 2021 amaro Established: 1999Lemons, minerals and orange blossom dominate the nose. The palate is bright citrus layered on seashells and salinity. Gallura is the northern end of the island of Sardinia, and is the island's only DOCG. The area is characterized by granite rocks and mistral winds. The Demuro family are native Sardinians, purchasing the vineyards in Arzachena in 2001. 100% Vermentino, Stainless Steel fermentation and aging. Gallura, Sardinia Italy
