La Collina 'Rosa Luna' Lambrusco Dell'Emilia Rosato 2022 FOLLE BLANCHE Enrica and MauraLa Collina is a whole agriculture co op, cultivating fruits and vegetables, grain (for pasta and beer), livestock, bees, dairy (for Parmagiano Reggiano), and, of course, wine. Founded in 1975 by a group of 12 young farmers, the co op has flourished through its organic and biodynamic (certified in 1985) practices and its focus on the ecosystem and surrounding environment.
