Malandes, Chablis Montmains Size:12x750ml mineral and freshly cut hay(from 1. 18 ha of vines in Montmains proper). A discreet application of wood frames pretty and very elegant, even airy, aromas of shellfish, citrus confit and plenty of floral elements. The racy, refined and well detailed middle weight flavors that culminate in a sleek, clean and very dry finale. This could use better depth, but a few years of cellaring should help in this regard.
