Besides the support to the patella, the product functions well with ligament injuries. It is made of laminated neoprene exteriorly with jersey and interiorly with plush. The neoprene has perforations which reduces excessive perspiration without losing body temperature. The steel springs on the sides provide convenient support to the collateral ligaments.
