2024 Les Horees Les Cents Vignes, Beaune Premier Cru, France Pierre-Marie Chermette Élevage ran well over aVariety: Pinot Noir Vine Age: Planted in the 1968 Terroir: Base of the slope near the Genet spring. Thin, light, moderately calcareous soils with limestone stones, east facing. Viticulture: Purchased fruit, organic (not certified). Vinification: 50% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel, aged for 18 months in used barrels, minimal added SO2. 1 btl limit.
