2021 Fumey-Chatelain Arbois 'No Sin Tou Tsefs', Jura, France Angelus Given access to Gabriele’s vinesNo Sin Tou Tsefs 2021 is a blend of all the red varieties grown across the estate, with the expection of the esteemed Trousseau la Dame used in the Le Bastard cuve. The Pinot Noir is processed using whole bunches, while the Poulsard and Trousseau are fully de stemmed. Every component is vinified and aged separately, with macerations lasting approximately 18 20 days.
