VINEYARD: From 50 year old vines located in the sweet spot of the Mont Damnes vineyard
so I decided to make a terroir study between the Santa Cruz Mountains (see Moonmilk above) and Sonoma Mountain in this one
2023 Antoine Lienhardt Gevrey-Chambertin Village Cote de Nuits, France Bow and Arrow Planted in 1987 and 1990Organically farmed, harvested by hand. Whole cluster semi carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank; indigenous yeast fermention. No sulfur added in vinification. One year of ageing in barrel, 10% of which is new. Touch of sulfur added at bottling. Arrives January 14th 2026.
