2023 Domaine Agisson Pouilly Fume La Belle Endormie, Loire, France Old Overholt Vineyard: KolbergThese grapes are from a 0. 5 hectare plot of organically cultivated vines. The vineyard is in Tracy sur Loire; the `Les Champs Billards` parcel, planted in 1987, has a terroir of large pebbles over limestone bedrock. Harvest by hand, direct press, and aging on lees for 18 months in older barrels. The wines are bottled unfiltered and unfined.
