2020 Caleb Leisure Wines 'Obelus', Sierra Foothills, CA Pfalz rounded and balancedObelus is a red natural wine made from a blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, and 20% Mourvedre co fermented in qvevri (big terracotta amphorae) and macro bin, pressed after 7 10 days into qvevri and nuetral oak for levage. The grapes are farmed organically in Calaveras, Sierra Foothills, CA. No additions.
