2020 Frederic Savart Le Mont des Chretiens Premier Cru Extra Brut Champagne, France Danilo Thomain hints of fennel and citrusLe Mont des Chrtiens is a lieu dit in the village Ecueil. The parcel is entirely of Chardonnay and Fred ferments and ages it in 500L barrels. The dosage is 3g L. (Fred used to call this cuve Dame de Coeur.)
